Late September and October is generally a mixed bag weather-wise. In years past, September also saw a dramatic decrease in the traffic here at the St. Anthony Sand Dunes. This late September saw some wet weather and just as much traffic as any month of the year. The trip down to Chokecherry and back left my arms aching after riding over the wet, ripped up dunes.
