Labor Day Sunday 2005

Even though the campgrounds around the SA Sand Dunes were full, for the most - part, I have seen more people at the dunes during the Labor Day weekend. Even so, there were still a lot of Duners that came out. The weather was sunny, hot, and breezy in the afternoons but the ridin' was still awsome. Being as hot as it was, I didn't venture much further than the trail from the Dune's Oasis to Crapo's but still got a lot of good pics.

Egin Lake / Crapo's Hill

The Egin Lakes Campground was completely full but not until Saturday night.

Lots of family groups with a mix of dunin' hardware.

Here's an "old school" dune buggy. Yup, this is the way they used to make 'em.

A wheely across the north side of Crapo's.

The north side of Crapo's looking a lot like an anthill.

Catching "a little air" off of Crapo's.

More duners coming out from the campground.

Lined up on the north side of Crapo's.

The dry - camp on the north most corner at the Dune's Oasis.

Sand is summer snow....cool.
