No need to load a bunch of wood in your outfit. Located on the way to the BLM campground and just before you get to the Dunes Oasis, there is firewood for sale. Its centrally located so its only a few minutes from any place that you camp. Its self-service for your convenience. Just drop some cash in the box ($5 per bundle) and take your wood for a night of roasting hot dogs and howling at the moon. If you knew Jake and his family you would leave a few extra bucks for good measure.
If you are coming from the east, the wood is just over the bridge, past the two houses, and off to the right.
If you are coming from the west, you will easily see the sign.
